I am actually at Robinview Apartments on Meadowbrook. The 5 star rating is for Maurice and Teresa. Maurice is very responsive, shows up on time, respectful and kind. He works hard to make sure any problems within the apartment are taken care of and done correctly. He's a keeper. Laurel Residential has a history of being unreliable and not caring about their tenants. Maurice is a relief to all of us here. We are getting our needs met finally! Thank you, Maurice! Also, Teresa has stepped into the picture as a manager and she has really helped turn things around. She is on any problem we have and sends Maurice out in a very timely manner! She's also a sweetheart and wants us to be happy. Teresa is very reliable, responsible and picks up her phone whenever she can. She also gets back to me quickly. This is the first time in years this is happening. What a relief. Teresa and Maurice are helping me feel better about living here. My needs are getting met and communication is happening. Again that's a relief! Thanks Teresa and Maurice!!

I’ve been an tenet here going on six years. The new owners and manager are really doing a lot of improvements its really starting to pick up. It used to be a lot of chaos in these apartment complexes that has even slowed down. I want to say a special thank you to the manager Hope for making sure things are being done when they say they’re gonna be done and done right, They still have a ways to go, but I can see the improvements daily.

I have been living here for quite some time and I must say they have made a complete 360 on how they have updated the units and how they go above and beyond to get your complaint orders answer in a timely fashion. Hope the property manager she is great I cannot say enough good things about her. She goes above and beyond to make sure that every question or every complaint or every issue that the tenant may be having gets addressed normally the same day or within that week for sure. Compared to all of the other apartment complexes in the area the price is reasonable for a one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites, you are not going to break the bank living here and for the most part they go above and beyond to make sure they keep everything clean and updated. I like to place so much so that I'm going to renew my lease. And I would encourage anyone to take a look at these apartments before moving somewhere.
