I just spent the last 7 days in a St. George Court Room. I was represented by Justin and his team, Jaysha and Norm. I am the defendant in this case which has been active for about the past 13 years! The court proceedings, over the the last seven days have been like watching two Titans in a struggle, blow by blow as the attorneys presented and heard the evidence pertinent to each party. The plaintiffs attorney is a very competant and experienced attorney and a worthy opponent in the court room. I was very gratified as I observed Justin professionaly present and recieve critical information regarding the case, rapidly interpret the information and skillfuly develop supporting conclusions for our case. Justin's recall, association and compartmentalization abilities are stellar. The intricacies of this case are many with over 350 exibits! Remebering all of the exhibits and their importance and associations require a memory of extreme depth. Justin's recall was instantaneous and accurate. His delivery is excellent and concise. He always demonstrated courtesy to the court protocal and the witnesses,. Justin always assisted me in understanding the relevance to all aspects of the conclusions arrived at by the plaintiffs and ourselves. Justin is supported in a court setting by Jaysha and Norm. These two really complete the professionalism and efficiency as they work hand in glove with Justin. Not only have I found exceptional skill and dedication in the Heideman Firm but also a display of character and integrity when the pressure of the case is so visible.
