MARIE BRAMWELL- was no help just took our money. Gordon Law is a great firm or it has been in the past but maybe not to expunge a record. We called multiple times for a follow up on our case and our calls were never returned and we finally went in to see what was going on. Once there she said she is going to check on our case since it’s been longer than 8 weeks and we went on to ask about the email response from the State we received 2 weeks prior. She apparently hadn’t received it so we forwarded it to her. At this point we had a credit of around $250.00 or so and we left for her to follow up on the email. We tried calling again a week after this and again no answer or return calls. So we went back in to see what’s going on. Since the email response said no our case isn’t eligible, she pretty much said what the letter said we weren’t eligible. When asked about the credit on our account, we were told the lawyer used that credit. The receptionist went on to say nothing is free. We obviously know nothing is free. We were just surprised on how the credit we had was used. For her to assume we expected free things put the cherry on top. In the end it wasn’t just the Money. What was upsetting was the receptions and lawyers lack of communication and return calls and the receptionists comment of nothing is free.
We had called other law firms and they told us from the beginning that our case was not eligible to expunge and not even asking for a retainer they looked it up by name.In the end we made the mistake of trusting this lawyer could do anything with our case since we have worked with this firm in the past.

I recently concluded a frustrating experience with Gordon Law Group. My case was a simple dispute which required the city to validate a location within their zoning department. Although I was paying for services to help figure out the mess, after 3 months I ended up making the calls and finding the solution myself. After my issue being dragged out longer than what I felt it should have, I didn't feel my representative was going to conclude my case. In addition, communication was lacking.

I would recommend Gordon Law Group for legal advice. Most everything that was provided for advice was great and made sense for my case.

I would not recommend Gordon Law Group to act on your behalf. I felt I was charged incorrectly, not communicated with properly, and actions or attempts were not done to completion.

It is possible that my case was so small it wasn't a priority.
