I was injured in an accident February 23, 2016 my lower back has fluid on it and I am still taking medication and my son and daughter was injured as well. My daughter and the scoliosis and her back my son‘s leg was sprung and bruised because of the impact and I am still dealing with this attorney’s office they let me know that the insurance company went bankrupt three years ago, which does not make any sense cause look at the date after that they went through some other insurance company and finally resolved it. They’ve been having a check since February of last year and still has not settle my case yet the only thing I keep hearing is, we’re finding the bills at first and then now we’re reducing it because I just had a chat early today. That’s the only way I could get in touch with them because if I call the office, they never pick up. I call my attorney and never pick up so the chat was a better solution. If I was to ask anybody to go to this attorney’s office as a adjuster it would not be a good advice at all. and as well, my son plays football and his leg still aches him to this day and he only ended up with $750. My daughter only ended up with 3500 and mind you we still have to live with these injuries so my advice is, I would say one star because the customer service is not that great. and as well, I feel like the case was not handled at all I just would like for them now is to just hurry up with my case and close it that’s all cause it should never have took this long.

My experience with Haug Barron Law Group, LLC, and Katz Personal Injury Lawyers has been deeply disappointing. Communication was inconsistent, and I constantly had to push for updates. The firm arranged costly, unnecessary procedures with a lien-based doctor, which could have been covered by my insurance, leaving me with substantial bills.

The attorney handling my case, Somalia Dixon, barely engaged, and most work was delegated to her assistant, which resulted in poor handling and lack of expertise. Overall, their actions showed a lack of integrity, empathy, and professionalism.

To anyone considering this firm: do your research. You deserve a team that respects and prioritizes you. Think twice before entrusting them with your case.

I have been waiting over two months for my settlement check to be dispersed and at the level of communication from Jared whomever he is has been disappointing. I’ve never spoken to Jared just emails despite reaching out multiple times for updates. There has seem to be a lack of urgency in resolving this matter, while I understand, the legal process can take time clear communication and proactive approach from the company would have made a significant difference, I hope this is it addressed moving forward so future clients don’t face the same frustrations
