In my opinion he is not a good option for mediation. This was a back and forth process online where he jumped between the parties. I felt he was playing "telephone" and lots of information was lost. I would not recommend.

He will get jobs from lawyers he knows and then claim he's truly not buyist and has no clue who either party is. Then just persuades the party he doesn't know to do what his buddy who gives him jobs says. I have proof all documented. He admitted to knowing the person who gave him the job personally and he does it often. Unbelievable and should be fraud
