Absolutely outstanding! We switched to Harper Law after over a year with another firm that provided zero results, zero updates and repeatedly had excuses. We came to Harper Law really frustrated and upset with so much time wasted with our real estate matter. Kevin was efficient, prompt, took over our case from our previous attorney and was able to get the ball rolling immediately. He kept us informed and we could not be happier with his work and the outcome. Thank you so much for all your help and being so kind and personable through the entire process. Highly recommend! Wish we would have started with Harper Law from the start! Outstanding from start to finish.

I could not be more grateful to Kevin for his expertise. My HOA management company caused so many issues for me after a devastating water damage loss, but Kevin got me through it! I'd never needed an attorney before and didn't know who to turn to, I'm so glad it was Kevin!

Feckless, apathetic, slow to respond and disingenuous. Not someone I would recommend retaining their services. I've retained attorneys over the years for; real estate transactions, professional and employment contracts and family law. Each of those attorneys I would be happy to recommend and retain again. My experience with Kevin was that the issue I was dealing with should have been solved after the first consultation. In my estimation, If I'd have selected a different attorney, I could have saved myself months of time and thousands of dollars. He did nothing I couldn't have done for myself and it ultimately cost me far more than the effort he put forth. He bills for responding to emails and never provides updates unless prompted by an email or call from me. I had to travel to his office, taking time out of my day, 3 times, because he is ineffective and unwilling to work for the hours he bills.

A to Z excellent legal experience. My recent layoff situation was discussed in a very efficient and professional manner with Mr. Harper personally who provided a straight forward estimation of the outcome, potential risks and facts. Mr. Harper evaluated my situation very adequately which truly helped me to reach my decision whether to proceed with the case. Hopefully, I will not have to be back because of another layoff, but I would highly recommend to retain the Harper Law services when such need arises.

Received a call from Barbara (appointment setter) letting me know they've received my inquiry as it relates to my neighbor with his spy cameras and said a consultation is $200. So I asked her since she said they certainly have experience with "those" cases that they could listen to my issue. I simply asked for case references they've been involved in and her answer to me was "I'm not going to take my time do that for you, you can go to the library, we have too many cases to sift through." So you want me to spend $200 but you can't send me any case #s for me to review that you've litigated? She continued to tell me she's not going to give me any info. What a sham! Stay away!

The Best. I'm a little late as this was 2013. Had a bad HOA dealing that they were trying to really get me for a property that was owned by my late father. Kevin destroyed them and got me paid back. It was one of the most stressful years of my life but Kevin took allot of it off me.
