I am not one who usually writes reviews, most times it's the negative experience that prompts a review but in this case, a positive review it's not only necessary but also can help anyone that is searching for an attorney for themselves or for their family members avoid disasterous outcomes out their minds at ease.
I myself, my spouse, my son, my brother, and my father have been using Richard's services since 2013. Every time we have had a case, the results were better than we thought possible. Richard not only succeeds in getting the immediate results that you could only hope for, but strives to ensure the long term affects of the case are as minimal as can be. Things you won't get with Richard from Hark and Hark that every law firm I have used in the past does... You won't have a consultation with Richard and show up to your court date and be surprised to see a junior lawyer from the firm, who you have never spoken to representing you, trust me it happens very often with other supposedly top gun law firms. You won't play the typical attorney phone tag. Richard is ALWAYS available and actually provides you with his personal cell and replies to texts and answers your calls personally, in most situations, he is calling or texting you information and waiting on you to get back to him...this is a rarity in this field, trust me. You won't be judged by Richard. I tend to make the occasional mistake alot more often than most and Richard never hesitates to jump right in with the best advice you can pay for.
Things you will get... The best defense you can find. A huge difference is Richard not only cares about winning (he does like to win lol), but all jokes aside, he cares about you, how this will affect your family, your reputation, your future. You will get a professional attorney in court that can speak to you in layman's terms so you understand what is happening every step. Like I stated previously 12 plus years of his service so far, from serious to minor infractions, I would not trust the outcomes for me or my closest loved ones to anyone else. In November 2024 I had a DUI. I reported that to the nursing board, almost signed the paperwork to start the PHMP program, but my DUI attorney told me to speak to Richard and fight it. When I spoke to Richard he asked me a series of questions and that was when I decided to fight to keep my nursing license through the legal process rather than entering the PHMP program. He was available days, nights and weekends to answer any questions that I had. He walked me through what I would encounter in the months ahead. He guided me every step of the way and I am very grateful for that. I didn't want to lose my nursing license and he told me I wouldn't and I didn't. If I could leave 1000 stars I would. Richard had beyond wonderful. From our first conversation. To the many on saturdays and sandals on his vacations ! Yes he answers on vacation. There were many sleepless nights. Days of just giving up. I always felt assured after I would speak to him or Jessica .he would say ypir going to be fine trust in me. He offered great payment plan as long as you keep up with him . Without this man I would be no where. Look no further. Don't do your research he is the top dawg. He is no bullshit he talks the talk . I had a DUI in 2020 and didn't hear of Richard Hark until I was already pretty much forced into signing a contract with the PNAP program (now NHP). I finished out my 3 year program but when it was time to be released, the program failed to release me and informed me that I had another year and a half to go due to a positive test that was unfounded by an evaluation and a MD review. I was devastated as I never knowingly used any illicit substance after signing the contract and I didn't know where to turn. A friend of mine recommended Richard Hark so I called him up. This was the best decision I ever made. Richard and his assistant, Jessica, are very knowledgeable and attentive. After speaking with Richard my fears were laid to rest. I worked with Richard and Jessica to gather all necessary paperwork and they were very patient with me. Richard had me set up an evaluation with an approved MD and when the report was done it was sent to the board along with a petition to terminate the contract since the contract date ended 4 months prior. I was very surprised, after a day or so I received an order to reinstate my license effective immediately. I was feeling trapped, hopeless and unsure if they were ever gonna let me out and the program literally took me broke. I will always be grateful to Richard and his staff. I found out the hard way that you can not fight these people without legal help and I would 1000% recommend Hark & Hark to anyone who gets caught up in this trap. I am free. Finally after 3.5 years of testing, classes and financial struggles, I will be able to continue with my life with the help of this firm.
