Highly recommend using Hallock and Hallock for your estate planning! We felt comfortable from the first time we met with Todd. He explained everything fully and to our understanding. He took the time to answer all our questions and we never felt rushed. He made sure everything was as we wanted it, including a last minute change, before we signed anything. His associates were kind and friendly. We feel we could not have had a better experience.

An estate plan was long overdue for my family and Todd made the whole process much easier than expected. Todd was thorough in asking the right questions about our goals. He explained the implications for the decisions we made. He was very patient with our questions, concerns and a few changes we needed to make before completing the process. Todd Hallock and team have been so professional, helpful, kind, and patient in helping us organize our special needs trust for our disabled adult son. We feel so much more equipped to navigate the future, knowing that our trust has been established, and assets designated, so that our children will be as taken care of as possible. We needed to put together an estate plan but really didn't know exactly what we needed. Wills, trusts, probate, etc were like a foreign language to us. We scheduled a consultation with Todd to review our assets and talk about our goals, and he put together a plan for us to review. We gathered the information and did some research on our own, and engaged with them to make our estate plan, including setting up a trust. Throughout the entire experience, they listened to our needs and clearly explained our options, with the pros and cons of each decision. The estate plan was very thorough and easy to follow. They patiently answered whatever questions we had as we fine tuned everything and are still working with us as we are following through with the plan. I can highly recommend Hallock & Hallock for any estate planning needs. The entire office is very friendly and professional and it was a pleasure to work with them.
