Disappointing experience! Booked the glass bottom tour then on the day they told us it is the other boat which was packed like a sardinecan! Only places left were on the inside which felt like a sauna. The reasoning given was bad weather but we had booked the glass bottom boat for a reason and as we didn’t know the boat had changed we we‘re to late to have the chance to get good places. Very disappointing wouldn’t recommend! We left the boat before it set off to not ruin our day and decided it’s better to lose the money.

We booked a tour to mount athos and banana beach via the travel agency in Osmos pangasias on the glass bottom boat. We were told to be there about nine to have the chance to get some good places. On the day of the cruise we arrived at the pier to be told that because of bad weather (sunshine and a light breeze) we had to go to another boat which was already quite full. The only places left were on the inside. If we would have been there later we would have accepted it as our fault but we’re at the pier at 2 minutes past nine. As we booked a specific boat for a reason ( glass bottom ) and even though being there at the time they told us to be we didn’t have a chance for a good place on the boat it was a disappointing experience and we decided to leave the boat before it set off and just lose our money. This review isn’t about the cruise per se because we didn’t do it but about the difference about what sold and what we got.

Very enjoyable cruise to see at least a little bit of the very misterious Mount Athos. The stop over Banana beach is also dreamlike. A special thanks to Ersi for her help to make it happen

Just did the best cruise of my life! Also I received the best services from the people in the office.. very kind and informative giving me fully detailed instructions about the cruise. Fantastic adventure I am willing to do it again, sad though I saw some bad ratings and comments.

Do yourself a favor and use another company for your travel needs. Worst organisation ever. Not only did our transportation arrive late, but they also sent us on the wrong tour! We had specifically requested to climb Athos Mountain, and we even bought all the necessary equipment for it. But instead, they sent us to the seaside, which was admittedly beautiful but not what we were prepared for. We didn't have any swimming suits or anything like that, and it was way too hot to enjoy ourselves. To make matters worse, they don't speak any English and all their documents are in Greek, which made it even harder to communicate with them. It was a really disappointing experience.

I rarely leave reviews, and I prefer to resolve any issues with the staff directly. However, this was our long-awaited vacation that we had planned since January. After a 12-hour flight, we were unable to fully enjoy our stay due to constant problems caused by the staff's poor English and unsolicited tours. Incredibly stressful experience
