Wonderful experience! Bought a house at the end of 2019. We did not have owner extended coverage written into our contract, but Gunnison County Abstract still extended that coverage to us! They were very responsive to my calls, emails, and questions. The owner even returned one of my calls, and was ready to stay on the line until all of my questions were answered!

Communicating with the customer is definitely not their strong point. Emails sent to them with NO reply for days and days, if at all. When I later inquired if they received the emails, they said they had, but danced around the fact no reply was sent. Multiple reps from their office contacted me who couldn't answer questions and would then tell me to contact "so and so" in the office, rather than taking down notes and having "so and so" call me back with answers. I was told a delay was due to my documents being lost within their office. When I pressed the office manager for an explanation a week later I was told, "oh no, no, that's simply not true." Why in the world would her office mate admit that? So much wrong here.... Go elsewhere, there are other options. Save yourself the time and frustration.
