I recently had a really positive and helpful experience with the staff at Gulfcoast Legal Services. Getting final affairs in order is something that I have postponed for quite awhile. In talking with the staff and qualifying with income limitations, I was able to have these legal documents and services provided in a very professional manner.
Besides the preparation, Robin Stover, Esq., explained in great easy to understand detail, possible scenarios for my future, so that I could make the best informed decisions for myself in moving forward with the legal documents.
Additional trained staff assisted, all professional, knowledgeable, with some in training. I was treated with great respect, confidentiality and had confidence when I left with my documents, that all was in order.

I helped my friend make an appointment with this office. Spoke to David he was very friendly my friend has early onset Alzheimer’s so she forgot to go to the appointment. This morning we are together so I suggested that she call and make a new appointment. David was extremely rude and condescending. Treating a disabled person in this manner I would consider extremely abusive and she’s been upset ever since. She understandably has been extremely upset since the call. She is acutely aware of her defecits and certainly didn’t need David to ridicule her!

Terrible attitude from person (Robyn) receptionist right from the very first hello, very impolite short and rude to me, totally unprofessional... then actually hung up. Wow... Tried to get me to go to Bradenton , because the lawyer, more like liar, won't be down at the Senior Friendship Center as per posting.. More like targeting vulnerable
senoirs for donations while acting like doing an internship... Shame on you deceptionist. Worthless for what they claim to do....

Not one scintilla of professionalism regarding this so called legal service (disservice). They don't even know were they are located.
Try calling them on the phone and you get nothing. Not one good review. They are not for real.
I just hope that they are not getting any of our tax dollars to pretend that they're helping the community.
If the option for zero stars, I would give them a minus 5.
Complete waste of my time and gas.

so unprofessional i was recommended to them for a matter im dealing with with my landlord who is illegally trying to evict me the paralegal is over housing never answers the phone i had 2 appointments to speak to a lawyer and he never called me they playing games
