I'm hoping Samuel Saks can motivate some change! At the Arizona Bar Association. My Own Nephew created a Trust. Behind My back. When Dad had Dementia and Alzheimer's. The Intake Attorney at the Bar. Refused to even allow Me, The Son, to even file a Complaint. An Injustice was allowed to Stand. At age 68. With a Disability . It's Not Enough to say. This Happens more than You Think. Not when Your in a Position to Mandate Accountability for a Member of Your Own Profession. The Legislature and Good People hold Family to a higher Standard. But if You can't afford an Attorney to pursue My Nephew the Attorney? Is it Any Wonder the Public holds Attorney's in such low Regard? What He did was Blatantly Devious and Unethical. My Future is Bleak. I will spend the remainder of My Years on the streets of San Diego. Reform in that System is Long Overdue! --And He Did Nothing at All.--

I had to change my previous stellar review after recent developments. I'm one of several families in northeastern AZ who was represented by Guidant. They won our case for us with Apache County but stopped short of seeing it through to the end. Therefore, after thousands of dollars were paid to Guidant, we have a successful win with absolutely nothing to show for it. Literally nothing is happening and we're sitting here wondering what we paid for with zero results. Why isn't Guidant acting on our behalf when the County is doing absolutely nothing to enforce our judgement?

Sam is not only a great lawyer but an overall amazing person. When I was in an accident in September, my surgeon recommended Sam to me and from the start he was professional, determined, and always prepared. He managed to get everything solved and I don’t think anyone else would’ve been able to do what he did. This is the second time I've used Sam Saks, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Getting in an accident is a stressful, confusing, and emotional experience. Being able to trust someone to handle all your affairs from insurance to medical really puts your mind at ease. Both times Sam kept fighting to secure me a higher settlement, and on my most recent accident he was able to obtain 56% more than I had originally been willing to settle for! Sam is very responsive, which is a terrific quality in an attorney when dealing with the myriad questions the aftermath from an accident brings. I couldn't recommend more highly!
