I hired Guardian Law to handle a case, and they collected funds from the insurance company in December 2024. They told me it would take about 30 days to allocate and distribute my portion, though they warned the holidays might delay it by a couple of weeks. It’s now March 2025—nearly 90 days later—and I still haven’t received my money. I’ve called multiple times for updates, only to be told they’re waiting on doctor’s offices to sign off on payments. Frustrated, I offered to contact the providers’ accounts receivable departments myself to speed things up, but Guardian Law refused, saying it would interfere with their relationships with these partners and delay the process further.

It’s disappointing to feel like they value their medical contacts more than their own clients. When I call, they answer about half the time, and when they do, I’m promised a follow-up call—which happens maybe 50% of the time. This lack of communication and accountability is incredibly frustrating, especially since they’re taking a significant fee for their services. If I paid any other company this kind of money for a job, they’d have it wrapped up in 72 hours. At this point, I’m still waiting, and Guardian Law seems in no rush to deliver.

My experience for the last two years has been horrible poor communication I’ve had to exchange attorneys twice within the law group. My disposition has been rescheduled, which I was not notified. I don’t know who my attorney is. My paralegal has resigned. No one has notified me. I don’t know who is in charge of my case I can’t get in touch with no one. No one returns phone calls or seems to know anything. I’m waiting on a response as of today 2/5/25 11:40 am . From the Guardian law office. Unprofessional , unconcern , why do I have to keep calling the office ?

Extremely disappointed with this Law Firm. I engaged this Law firm expecting competent legal representation, but my experience was far from satisfactory. They were unable to win my case and instead they come over to my insurance and negotiated a $25000 settlement directly with my insurance company. Despite my request for compensation for lost wages, they refused to pursue this claim. Ultimately, I received only $6000 from the settlement. This outcome was not only disappointing but also financially detrimental. I would not recommend this Law firm to anyone seeking effective legal assistance.

They give you that wow factor in the beginning. Consistent daily check in for questions, responsive to emails, and gives you a walk through of your step process in case this is your first time or have questions. After dealing a prior law firm , guardian law appeared to be a better selection. After about 2-3 months, the phone calls stopped getting answered or returned, emails take months to get answered, and basically given information that’ll buy time to keep you quiet. Do all research and read ALL reviews good and bad when searching for accident firms . hopes this helps someone 👍🏽 .
