This firm is awesome. Kathy Willetts and Brian Buchanan treated me as if I were their only client. They are small enough to make every conversation personal and yet large enough to handle any and every situation very professionally and efficiently. Every phone call and e-mail was answered promptly within an hour or so and each and every single time I was treated courteously, compassionately and with respect.

Contacted them through their website requesting a consultation. Never heard anything. I finally called them and was told they do not handle our type of case. They did not have the courtesy to communicate that, just ignored the request. Truly disappointing when a victim cannot get assistance. Ours is a slam dunk case.
