Between this attorney and the collection agency, someone got their wires crossed because my item was paid on September 27 but yet you guys still serve me with paperwork 12 days later. We told the radiology department that we’re waiting for paperwork to come back from Medicare to say that they can’t do anything about it because I was NOT 65 years at the time. So you guys can blame the radiology department and doctor for the late payment don’t come after me. You guys gotta learn to handle this business a little bit better.

HORRIBLE legal criminals!! If anyone has a settlement with this company i encourage you to demand a current balance report. These people are the worst type of legal criminals out there. I was in complete compliance and in agreement to a $13000 debt I had. I paid on it for 6 years with a sum of $5500, when I finally got the current balance report I had asked for 7 months prior. The balance of my debt was $12500+ out of the $13000. These people are what is wrong with the world. They used a debt to try and acquire the wealth of the person who had debt. They charged 75% in interested on the account and then applied 1.1% of my payments to my debt... They forced me into a chpt. 7 bankruptcy.
I encourage people needing legal advice or services to go elsewhere. These crooks will somehow find a way to steal your wealth even if they are representing you.

If you're looking for collections on a debt, this is NOT the firm to use. As the plaintiff, receiving funds through garnishment by using Greenberg & Sada (GaS) is severely LIMITED.
Our business doesn't receive many garnishments but this is THE MOST POORLY WRITTEN employee garnishment our business has received. It adds hours to the payroll costs to flip through pages in an attempt to fill out the terribly formatted Writ. The costs associated to accommodate this collection is excessive for your business from recording costs, postage, and legal fees. Our company being treated as the defendant and GaS's secretary is down right rude.

The employee doesn't work for you? Plan on getting your lawyer on it. This is written so convoluted it's apparent that Greenberg & Sada doesn't want that response. They would rather have the opportunity to take you to court so they can make a few more dollars. Calling their office offers no value, she's just as confused as you are and can't focus to save her life. As a business owner garnishee, the only option is just wait until this group spends the money to take your business to court to hopefully figure what their trying to say. By then the employee has moved on to another place of employment knowing it will take the next company a year to figure out what GaS is trying to say.
Again, if you're looking for collections on a debt, this is NOT the firm to use.

The employees at the Colorado Springs facility are extremely rude and like to threaten wage garnishments without providing the person being sued with the phone conversation. They offered to wave my attorney fees, but then put them back into the court costs and refused to show me the billing from the court. This distasteful practice of business encourages me to have some higher organization audit them to make sure they are not bullying anyone else. If you too have gone through this concerning a medical bill, I encourage you to report this company and stop this abusive business practice.
