Customer service is very lacking. I tried twice to get an appointment. The first time they never got to me as they said they would and the second time they were tone deaf. I mentioned to them i needed to call around to see if anyone can see me sooner due to a family member's emergent situation and the representative said have a good day. I asked him to repeat himself because I did not believe that anyone could be so rude while on the clock, he repeated it clearly.
