Deb is an amazing lawyer. She understands the law, and possibly more important, the human side of legal proceedings. She is compassionate towards her clients and, when needed, aggressive in protecting their best interests. Deb walked us through our case, step by step, and prepared us for each possible outcome. My legal situation was probably no more complicated than most, but it felt overwhelming and daunting. Deb Graceffa not only worked her way through the mire but patiently explained every step and result through the entire process. She was always responsive and receptive to my numerous questions and never made me feel like I was wasting her time or that my inquiries were stupid or not germane to my case. The fees she charged were very reasonable and she was very considerate about billing as she knew my funds were limited. I hope to never need an attorney again, but if I do, and it falls within her scope, I would absolutely use her services again. I highly recommend the services of this firm.

Deb Graceffa is a skilled attorney with expertise regarding the details of California realty law. But maybe even more impressive, is her ability to be compassionate, and yet direct in order to keep things on track. I sought Ms. Graceffa's help when I was involved with a dissolution of a duplex I co-owned and lived in with long-term friends. It was not a happy dissolution, and I was angry and bitter. Deb was clear with me about my rights and options, and I learned that I could trust that she had my back. At the same time, when I was going astray in a competitive and emotional way, she would sometimes gently, and at other times more directly, remind me to look forward to how much better my life was going to be after I moved out, and moved on. She was right, and I am very thankful for her skillful and wise counsel.

Generally no one wants to have to hire a lawyer, and if you do, you want to make sure you have the best. I can easily say that Deb Graceffa is the best at what she does.
