I am updating this review to reflect the prompt and helpful assistance provided by the firms Rachel Park which took place over the last couple months. With her help my issue was fully addressed and I learned this week that the matter has been resolved to my benefit. I don't believe her help in any way was tied to my original review ... but rather by her own initiative after receiving my separate email. I was told a claim was filed on my behalf regarding my Juul purchases, as they had all my online purchase info. The only thing not accounted for is store-bought packs during the years when shipping nicotine products was illegal in my state so I added in what I could about those purchases. I was following fairly closely so when I didn't see the funds come through I called and was told my claim was denied due to "inconsistencies." Meanwhile I had a friend who submitted a claim with zero proof and received $2000. I emailed their dispute team months ago but have received no response - and it appears I am not alone in that boat. The lack of communication and complete lack of care in researching proper payouts is frustrating and unprofessional.

I submitted a claim for JUUL in 2023, received an email to verify payment method in October 2024. Never received any updates despite emailing for updates. I was finally told today I was denied. Which is well after the dispute form deadline 12/2024.

I was a member of a class action with this law firm.

I never received any notice of if my claim was processing, or what the amount would be, and I have not received any payment or any correspondence informing me if my claim was denied.

I joined the class in March 2023 and submitted supporting documentation in May 2024.

I also sent multiple e-mails earlier this year checking in to ask about the status of my claim and every time only received an auto-reply e-mail and nothing else.

Class members were supposed to be given advance notice to correct any defiance as per the settlement order, so because I have been ignored and not given any notice, I want this investigated.

Also had issues with the Juul settlement. I received an email I was eligible saying Juuls own files had my purchases and the amount. I filed upon getting the notice for the class action and updated my payment method in May. I didn’t find out I was “denied due to inconsistencies” until I called to see when my payment would be issued. Emailing does nothing and it’s hard to get through on the phone. They couldn’t give me any other reason I was denied. I had proof of purchases directly on Juuls website and others that applied with zero proof (and never even used Juul products) received thousands of dollars in payouts.
This class action has been a mess and it seems they had no actual process for who would receive what payouts.

They handled the Juul lawsuit extremely poorly. My wife and I both filed a claim successfully. We both submitted comparable amounts of proof of purchase. My wife was paid as part of the settlement. My claim was denied for no discernible reason. I spent hours compiling years of proof of purchase and submitted them, and was denied without any notification. I had no notice of rejection. I only found out my claim was denied when I called to ask about my disbursement, at which point my supposed representation refused to tell me a reason for my denial.

From what has been posted online it seems there was absolutely no rhyme or reason to their process. Some people got thousands with no proof of purchase while others got nothing with years of proof.

So many people received large payments with no proof and we are being denied with valid proof. This class action was poorly managed . I Bought all my Juul Products Online thru Juul Website and Was Denied.. This Law Firm needs to Investigated why Legit buyers of Juul products from Juul website were denied and while scammers recieved Money .Mine was for $5800 directly purchased from Juul Website with Proof .And was Told my claim was denied with no Reason Given.😡😡😡

Claim denial is understandable with a class action lawsuit, but this firm had zero communication with claimants..ZERO. A denial email or letter should have been issued, and those of us who had legitimate claims should have been taken seriously. I ordered directly from Juul, with a Juul account and all I was told is my claim had "inconsistencies". Juul has all my information and all my documentation was straight from the Juul website. Hopefully someone learns from what a cluster this was and does better next time.
