I couldn’t recommend them more! Heather was very helpful and especially helped calm my anxieties in the beginning. Beth was always quick to reply and explain things when questions came up even years into my repayment plan. If you’re wondering if bankruptcy is a good option for you, give them a call. You will get honest and straight forward advice for your situation.

We chose Giles and Lambert to help us through filing for Bankruptcy. We had no idea how great Amber was, but we knew on our very first appointment that we were in great hands. She was so kind and helpful the entire time. She definitely knows how this process works and she was on top of everything for us. She truly made everything simple and we are so very thankful for her! Heather, was our attorney and she was wonderful to us too. She advised us of everything and what to expect at our hearing and made us feel comfortable. Wow where do I start! I would recommend Heather Parsons & Amber Ross to anyone for all of your bankruptcy or financial issues. They are amazing. Personable, caring, and they truly get the job done. Both the Blacksburg and Roanoke offices are great but Mrs. Parsons & Ms. Ross were the ones I worked with the most. My family went through so much during our bankruptcy and Giles & Lambert was always there when we needed anything! I would give them way more stars if I could! They’re the best.
