Robert Holub was extremely professional and ethical as well. From the first phone call until after we won our MS disability claim he walked me and my wife through everything we should expect to happen before it happened. On my own the disability claim was denied multiple times over a 2 1/2 year period. After using this firm the case was won in just over a year I believe. I received 3 1/2 years worth of payments in a lump sum. Robert was very honest from the start and our family is forever thankful for him and his staff. Thank you guys, again!

Mr. Robert Holub Jr. and his team was very helpful with my case. I was denied the first time I applied for benefits. Soon after I was denied I contacted Mr. holub an his firm. He appealed it and I was denied twice. On the 3rd appeal, I had to go in front of a judge. Shortly after a month later I was approved for SSA benefits with the help of Mr. holub and his firm. He fought for me for 2 1/2 year's. If you're looking for a good lawyer please don't hesitate to hire Mr. Holub at Geraty, Holub & MacQueen, PLC. I am giving the grace of 2 stars because the offices of Geraty, Holub, and MacQueen were quick to respond to an online inquiry. However, for someone who touts dealing with his wife's illness and fight for disability on his website, Mr. Holub showed a remarkable lack of compassion to a potential new client reaching out to him for help. In a brief phone interview, he was abrupt, abrasive, and unwilling to listen to the multi-faceted answers to questions on his pre-qualification list, having clearly decided early on that my limited working hours per week (between 2 and 10) posed too much of a legal issue for a judge to overlook in order to grant SSDI. Nevermind that, at the peak of my career, I was working upwards of 60 hours per week or that my capabilities have become extremely limited due to chronic illness. I sincerely hope that there are other lawyers in the area to take on complicated SSDI cases because, even though fees for a win have been upped to $9200, Mr. Holub is clearly unwilling to put in the work unless the case is cut and dry.

I cannot say enough positive things about Robert Holub at Geraty, Holub & MacQueen, PLC. He helped me get my disability claim approved and did so with great customer service that exceeded my expectations. He answered every question I had in terms that I could understand, responded to my phone calls quickly, and checked in with me regularly. My disability claim was approved with the best-case scenario result for my circumstance, which I felt was unlikely to happen given my younger age.
