Mrs. Snyder was so very helpful, and patient. She walked us through setting up four accounts and had to work past her time to leave! I really enjoyed working with Mrs. Snyder at GUCU, she is an amazing human.

I finally made changes with an IRA that was at another credit union drawing next to nothing. I already had an account with GUCU and had been meaning to rollover my IRA to GUCU as well. I put it off far too long. If I'd known how simple it was to do, (at least for me) I would have done it much sooner. Alecia Edge took care of everything and was so patient with me, simplifying the entire process. Not only did I get the IRA moved, I'm getting a MUCH better rate on that AND my savings account! It was such a pleasant experience and I truly felt like she was looking out for my best interest. These days I often feel like a number, but not at GUCU. It was hometown people taking care of their people with that good ole hometown feeling. Had I known how easy this was going to be, I would have gotten there long before now!

From teller line to personal bankers, each employee is a stellar, customer service professional. Usually, I need a personal banker. Karlee and Alecia are friendly and have caring attitudes. They are genuinely glad to see me whenever I am there. I love my GUCU!

The Georgia United office in Cornelia, Georgia was an amazing experience. Today I worked with Cary Bennett and she was a true blessing. I could tell that she truly cared in. Her customer service was authentic and true and just wonderful. She helped me renew our son CDs and just enjoyed with working with her very pleasant and I would recommend the Georgia United office in Cornelia, Georgia to anyone. And please ask for Cary Bennett. She was truly amazing
