DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN! This attorney worked on my case a while ago- but he did nothing for me. He had me speak to his paralegal the entire time he handled my case. I never spoke or saw him directly. He drew my case out almost to a year, so that by time he was able to get a settlement of $1000 from what his paralegal promised prior that it would be somewhere in the 30k or a little less after extensive care & rehabilitation to not only my back and neck- that I was unable to hire another attorney by then.

It was so upsetting that to this day I am unable to trust an injury or really any attorney representing me. The paralegal explained that if I didn't like the settlement, that they would fight it in court. The reason for the low settlement was due to my age and the low impact of my accident that the insurance company thought I would bounce back. I didn't like the settlement and I stated that I wanted to fight it in court. Steven Gardner refused to due so or even come to the phone to speak with me, and this was where I became extremely upset. They took advantage of my situation as young and naive as I was and lumped me into a group under accident chasers they picked up and I fell for it. So if I was under a group of 10 they picked up of accident victims, they pretty much shake the tree of what they can get and which ever fell from that tree of money, they were able to focus on- the rest of us were dropped. To this day I suffer from nose bleeds, and have to use a lumbar when driving or sitting at my office to stabilize my back due to the accident. Do not trust this man. You will regret it and it will be too late to do anything to protect yourself. I hope this helps.
