I have used Morris Carr for any legal situation I have come across for the past few years. He is phenomenal!! He is punctual, efficient and will tell you the truth about any situation good or bad. When I first called to make a recent app. with Mr. Carr, he came to the phone personally to see what I needed. At my app with him, he was very friendly & cleared up a real estate problem , that day, that I had been trying to get cleared up for over a month. If he is the kind of lawyer you need, I would recommend going to him over anyone else. He also helped my husband & me, several years ago,with a problem concerning our son. He proved to be a life saver about that issue.

Sometimes it feels that I've had a longer relationship with my divorce attorney then I did with my former husband. Mr. Carr is an excellent attorney. He returns phone calls and emails. He is "REALISTIC" which is important in the emotional roller coaster that family law can sometimes be. He stays on top of things and gives it to you straight. No sugar coating. I have always been happy with the service provided by Mr. Carr and appreciate him as a person more than he knows.

He was very unprofessional. He created a conflict of interest addressing the defendant’s legal needs by letting her direct the authorship of my divorce papers. All this before even letting me know the fees have been paid, as promised. He then protected her request that he lie and falsify my divorce papers. Which would have been a felony in the State of Georgia for me to have filed. After the defendant and Mr. Carr refused to change my divorce papers to reflect the correct information, he quit and return the money.
