I can't even begin to express my gratitude to the IFB team, specifically, Matt. I went through a very degrading and traumatizing experience with a local police officer, which ultimately led to him falsely accusing me of being medically unfit to operate a motor vehicle. It was obvious from the get that this was done purely out of spite/no legal ability to punish me, otherwise. I have zero medical issues currently, and have never had any in the past. That didn't much matter to the DMV though. They immediately suspended my license. Thankfully, I had already hired Matt and taken the necessary steps to prove I am fit to drive. That being said, I still needed the experience of Matt and the IFB team to represent me in my DMV hearing. I knew without them, it would be a nightmare to fight the case on my own. Meeting with Matt was easy from the start, he listened to me, he supported me and he fought for me. My DMV hearing was Tuesday 5/24 and by Friday 5/27, I received a letter from the DMV stating my license was reinstated and no further action, on my part, was needed. I firmly believe this went so smoothly because Matt made it a point to state that I should not have to submit to any further processes or testing. The approach was that I shouldn't have lost my license, period, so please immediately reinstate it. They did so! It was a long, stressful 2 months of waiting for the DMV hearing but I am so glad it's all behind me now. Please do not hesitate to contact Ilan Funke-Bilu and his team, if you need their services!
