If you have to do an Amazon return, don’t do the QR code, they don’t have a QR scanner, just get the label option and email it to them. I made the mistake of picking QR code and their very helpful clerks even had a little paper instructions on how to go in, cancel, and pick the right option and how to share it to their email. They were so polite and kind, thank you!

The manager was very friendly and courteous. She helped me with shipping decisions and created a special box for artwork. I would recommend this business to anyone needing help shipping things. Also they have lovely cards for sale.
