Tried to call to get a ride with phone call anxiety and instead of being patient and helping me figure out what information I needed to give him, the guy got snappy before hanging up without even giving me a chance. Do NOT recommend for others with anxiety.

They only get bad reviews, due to misinformation and alcoholics. Great service recommend them 100 percent. Even if there the only people town available people use that ad a excuse to abuse them ive been using since 2019

I had to find a same-day ride to CO Springs Airport from Canon City due to car trouble. On the phone, Gary at Fremont CCS was upfront about the cost (which was reasonable, considering weather conditions, distance, short notice, and lack of any other options nearby). Richard the driver was on time, professional, a great conversationalist, and a safe driver. I will be using this service again and recommend their service!

I used them twice in one day when I got my car serviced (take me home, and then back to mechanic)
Tried to charge me different amounts each time even though it's the exact same locations...
Then tried to add 3 miles on and I called him out because I already googled the distance....
They are very scammy and the driver is rude and a horrible driver (only thought I was gonna die a handful of times during the 4mile drive)

Broke down on the side of the highway in the middle of a bunch of farm fields. Tow truck could come get our truck but couldn't transport pets or kids. It was me, my husband, our two kids and our two giant breed dogs. We live about an hour north of where we broke down. Had no idea how I was going to get all of us home, and it was about 90 degrees out and I was worried my double-coated dogs were getting heat stroke. Quick Google search I found this cab service, near where we'd broken down. Called and explained our situation. We had some emergency cash on us but not enough to cover the whole trip. The dispatcher agreed to send a cab and I agreed to pay the rest when we got home. Now I did not have a great idea of where we were located. Had to sort of estimate based on Google maps. Took about a half hour but the driver found us, didn't bat an eye at my two 100+ pound dogs, and got us safely home. Clean, air conditioned minivan, plenty of room, easy peaceful ride home. These guys were lifesavers.

Dog picked us up in canon city Colorado and drove us to Colorado Springs, what a great guy! We had not rental car and couldn’t get a Lyft ride, so called Fremont Taxi and “Dog” arrived very quickly and was super friendly He was even out own little tour guide, pointing out things we didn’t know. Thank you Dog!!
