Despicable! My mom gave them thousands of dollars to settle her debt and they never did. She was sick with cancer and was fighting to get her money back. I took her cause while she was alive and after she passed. They would not answer or answer and take a message. I was told an associate would call me back, but they never did. I eventually decided to file with the California Bar Association when my dad was alive. He also passed due to cancer. I submitted paperwork with the client security fund, which was years ago with no movement. I am sad, mad, and disappointed.

Worst experience ever. We have been working with this company for over 1 1/2 years and have only been able to settle one account with insignificant results. We have requested our money of over $20,000 to be returned to my wife and I from a trust back in August 2020...and we are still waiting on this money so we can move forward. Now our credit is in worse shape than ever. Stay away from Frank L. Kucera & Associates, you will thank me. We are making all the complaints through the BBB and the California Bar Association...the process is slow and painful. Looking for another attorney to sue Frank L. Kucera. I just expected so much more from this business. The websites are very deceptive. I cannot recommend or even give a star to this business.

Look else where it’s not the pandemic.
It’s the council. Do not call, do not enter contact us. This organization will not refund your money if they reduce it. The company changes names and phone number regularly. The must throw snail mail in the trash?

STOP!!! DON'T TRUST THIS FIRM. They will rob you blind and will not clean your credit, answer nor return your calls. I paid into my account for 2 years over $10,000. I had to track them down and call ever number I could find. I cried and begged for them to do as they promised. BEWARE OF THE SCAM!!!

I have been trying since October 2019 to have someone respond to my account, which I have had since April 2014. Wen it was Thomasson Law Group. I tried to close my account and have my balance returned, but have not had anyone return my calls. I call 20-40 times a month and only get the voice mail. VERY POOR SERVICE!!! No one will give me my money back!!! I THINK WE NEED A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT WITH THIS FIRM!!!!

Kucera & Associates has been an absolute blessing! I was buried in debt in excess of $120k. I contacted the firm due to their plausible reputation. I literally was on the verge of bankruptcy. Mr. Kucera put a plan in place and I was debt free in 18 months. His entire team is compassionate, hard working, responsive, and intelligent. This company has taken a lot of money from me in the last two years and have not paid my creditors. I have been sued twice by creditors which they do not respond to in a timely manner. Don't get roped into this. I am elderly and cannot afford this kind of scam.
