Dear Lordy, I am so relieved to have my personal injury case behind me! MERCY! Car accidents are stressful enough in and of themselves, but then navigating the legal maze of medical bills and holding the liable insurance company accountable for damages just adds to the stressors. I cannot express enough gratitude to Frails & Wilson Attorneys at Law, specifically to my exceptional lawyer, Edwin Wilson. Armed with his top-notch expertise, dedication, and compassion, Attorney Wilson unraveled the chaos and did an outstanding job helping me settle my medical bills and get fair compensation for my injuries. He was thorough and his professionalism and dedication were evident every step of the way, and I truly appreciate his work.

Edwin’s legal prowess and strategic approach were evident throughout the entire process. Even on days when I was that cranky, impatient, badgering client, Edwin was unwavering and consistently professional with his calming demeanor. He managed my case with precision and confidence, keeping me informed as the case progressed — and tolerating my frequent inquisitions if *I* felt like too much time had passed between the updates. My case was not a high-dollar case, and I knew that from the outset. It was because of this that I had serious doubts as to whether any lawyer would accept the case…and if they accepted it, would they take it seriously enough to get it settled in a reasonable amount of time…in the midst of navigating much more lucrative cases with severely-injured clients and families of deceased accident victims. But Edwin gave my case the attention it so desperately needed. And thanks to his hard work, we achieved a settlement that exceeded my expectations.

I learned several things throughout the whole process. I hope not to EVER have to navigate another personal injury claim, but if I did, a few notes to self…

1. Insurance companies move slow AF! The injured claimant’s pain, mounting bills, emotional distress mean nothing to insurers. Your lawyer’s ability to change/motivate the insurance company and their legal team is severely limited.
2. Just because nothing seems to be changing doesn’t mean your attorney/their team isn’t working. Pack your patience…it’s bound to be a long ride.
3. If you’ve retained top-notch legal representation, then TRUST…that he/she is going to deliver — top-notch results.

All that to say, I am immensely grateful for Edwin’s outstanding legal representation and the service provided by Frails & Wilson Attorneys at Law. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to choose their firm again to represent me or my loved ones, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking dedicated and effective legal representation.

Do NOT use this Attorney ….His Assistant told me point blank … This man can NOT help U … he has Not done family law in years …. I left his office within 10 mins he called me and said please return I am going to make my Assistant apologize to U … I can help U get ur grandchildren…. Wanting them back so bad I listened to him and went back to his office esp after being referred to him by another Lawyer ….He told me he wanted 5,000.00 to take my case … I paid him we went to court 2 times he never applied for me to adopt the children told me we had to get through the TPR case first … once the court was over he said walk with me outside … I did before I know it he jumped to my side and actually sucked my jaw as in a kiss … totally took me off guard … a NASTY STICKY STUBBY BEARD AGANIST MY FACE WAS HORRIBLE SO … I decided not to get too close to the guy again at the last court he requested I come sit up front with him I said NO I’m going to just sit in back …. That really mad him mad … after the court was over he said … I’m going to send U a bill … I did too much work in this case …. The one court paper he filed was LATE being filed and needless to say I did NOT get my grandchildren and he sent me a bill for 4,000.00 more dollars … he did absolutely NOTHING and got 9,000.00 … he scammed me big time …. Charged me hundreds of dollars for the gas to drive from his office to the courthouse …. Hundreds of dollars for making local phone calls …. Sucking my jaw wanting me to sit next to him …. Then getting mad and sending an extra 4,000.00 bill …. I paid every penny but I grantee he did NOTHING TO EARN IT …. GOD WILL REPAY …Trust me !!! 🙏🏽DO NOT USE HIM IF U DONT WANT TO GET SCAMMED
