My company would have never gotten to the level it reached without Foundry.legal and more importantly Larkin and Ezra. After searching endlessly for reputable and AFFORDABLE lawyers(we got a quote for a co-founder document from one firm for 6K!!!) the legal gods blessed us and we were introduced to Larkin and Ezra co-founders of Foundry.legal. Cofounder issues, fundraising issues, a lack of employee contracts and documents issues, think of a startup legal issue and we had it!
