As a 1st time home buyer that is from out of state the process can be daunting. Breone was the PERFECT realtor during this process. I was referred to Breone by a friend. She was very patient with my ex and I regarding when we listed and was very helpful and accommodating. Once listed, our home only took A FEW WEEKS to go under contract (whoot whoot). After the inspection, the purchasers gave a list of requests to fulfill before the closing date. Breone helped us by providing some materials, and getting a few of the smaller items on the list repaired on her dime as a gift among other small gifts. This sale did fall through however, BUT within hours, Breone had lined up a cash buyer for our home and we were able to close 10 days sooner than we were initially expecting. All of this happened around October 2023 and she is still reaching out, checking in, and helping me with whatever she can. She is genuinely a great person and a great and professional real estate agent. I would definitely recommend Breone Crofts as your real estate agent and plan to use her again in the future.
