My wife and I didn’t know who to call to handle a type of legal case that we thought we would never be in. I was referred to FBG and specifically Attorney Johnelle Simpson. Mr Simpson help us enormously through a very long and stressful legal case. He was always available to answer any questions we had even ones already answered. I know I pestered him constantly because of my complete lack of understanding of this type of case. Johnelle was constantly assuring of us and, in my opinion, very knowledgeable about these types of cases. He has done many before. I was never give wrong advice and he was always part of any meeting with the opposing counsel. Only one time that he couldn’t be there when experts came to see us but he had a fellow lawyer show up for us. He was also just as friendly and knowledgeable. I will DEFINITELY use THE FBG LAW Firm again and especially Johnelle Simpson.

I have used Fortson Bentley for family and estate legal purposes for over 20 years. We hired them in 2023 for the first time for something a little different after a horrible vehicle accident. This was our first time working with Johnelle Simpson and we found him to be extremely knowledgeable of insurance and other related issues in our case as well as very efficient dealing with the defendant, medical costs, etc. Johnelle was very good in keeping us informed as things progressed and negotiated a very fair and reasonable settlement. I highly recommend Fortson Bentley, and Johnelle in particular if you need an attorney with his insurance skillset.

Far to expensive for quick and simple tasks. Nearly $800 to transfer a deed. Found another lawyer to have the same work done for $350. I do not recommend them for quick and simple tasks.
