Enlisted staff is very friendly if you actually get a chance to speak to someone. Call backs are rare, appointments arre limiting and sometimes they close for days without notice. That last point is quite annoying considering I drive from S. Kansas City to see a sign on the door. Fort Leonard Wood is much more user friendly.
