I love this office. Everyone that works here are great. Upon entering the office, I'm greeted by a nice gentleman (Rick I think) he gave me a list of what I needed in order to get my license. Then I came back and was helped by Emilie Shea. She was wonderful! She processed my application and handled all my paperwork with great care. She was very professional and kind.

Oh, if customer service was this great everywhere! FooteWork has an easy to navigate and content rich website, but when you call the Prescott Valley office, you can count on professional and courteous customer service. Their telephone etiquette and follow up is superb. I got the impression that all the employees like their jobs. I was treated very well by the office manager, Eric.

Prescott Valley office ROCKS.
I didn't even get seated down and a very nice lady was right there to get my information.
I was in and out of the facility in a short time.
The young lady that did the process was awesome.

Emilie and Abigail helped me transfer all of my out of state stuff and it was a total breeze thanks to them both. I have social anxiety and often have a hard time in public. The entire office was pleasant and efficient. Definitely recommend!

I went in and worked with Abigail and Emily and they were awesome. It felt more like hanging out with friends then going to a (for profit) DMV. They always help me out even if I am dealing with title losses and other annoying issues. You just go in and they fix it, everything is easy and painless. I took my wife with me the next time I went in to take care of her registration and they made her feel so welcomed, she is soon to be a mother and they made her feel special and were so helpful. I 100% recommend this place. I will go here as long as they have doors open. Also ask for erin (I hope I am not misremembering her name) if you go, she is hilarious as well. They're all great honestly.

The friendly and welcoming environment was noticed immediately when I walked through the doors. I was immediately greeted and checked in. They have cold water in the waiting area and good energy among the employees. I didn't have to wait long until Eric helped me. Not only was he friendly but was quick and efficient. They definitely won my business.

The receptionist was immediately attentive and had me checked in right away. Marissa was super helpful and resolved an unrelated problem extremely fast. She was so kind and considerate when asking me questions. Her small talk was super appreciated and very welcomed especially when dealing with something as tedious as a vehicle's registration. 10 out of 10. Would give a 100% tip if I could.
