My husband had a consultation here with attorney Diasy Torres, about his immigration and how we can go about him having to stay here if he had special needs child. I called spoke directly to attorney to get more clarification about how we can go about my child who is autistic. She stated “are you calling about your husband or you child disability” “I don’t do disability” I was so disappointed how someone can discriminate my child on spectrum.she also stated the 1k would go to file in paperwork. I called back to speak to office manager, still no call back. I don’t recommend this attorney. She also stated she never done a case with a child on spectrum for their parents immigration status. We also found more attorneys on Facebook under DACA Facebook group more reliable, knowledgeable, and professional.. also at more reliable price. Thank you Daisy Torres for your unprofessionalism to Austim community. I am my child advocate. I am my child voice. I have pride for my family. I am sorry your lack of empathy Daisy. I hope people realize who you really are for people who aren’t blessed as you. We found another attorney that will help my husband legal status. Just be careful people these attorneys aren’t always good or have best intentions for your family. I also asked to make a consultation with founder since we were referred and he was used through someone els, but they wanted 150$ more for second opinion. Therefore be careful and good luck 🙂
