I had a property lien executed with Marlene and she instructed to get back in touch at the completion of the lien payments to have the reconveyance filed. 1 year after the lien was placed I gave her a ring to have the reconveyance committed. With 0 problems, she arranged a time for me to come in and execute the documents at no additional charge! It was a breeze working with Fong&Fong. They kept their word an entire year later.

You have been warned!

Keep away from this firm! It was a nightmare for me to deal with this firm! I would give them 10 negative stars if I could. They give me wrong and conflicting information through the phone and they have very very bad customer service! I think what they only care about is money and they don't care about you at all! After I called them many times, they still unable to find a person who can make a simple decision!

For your own sake, save your time and find some real good firms.

They even give you wrong address!

No! I will NOT recommend this firm!
