I had the best experience and I truly appreciate all of the help that I received. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. My questions and concerns were answered in a timely manner. I felt very at ease when the court date came. Rosie Streeter was very organized and knowledgeable about the law and what needed to happen in court. I can never thank Rosie Streeter and the staff at Rural Legal group enough for there support through this difficult process. I would recommend them to family and friends.

If I could have given ZERO STARS I would!! I called this number just to ask how the processed works and was given short answer and was cut off over and over before I could even finish my question! I then asked what was her name again and she stated she never gave it so I ask can I have it and she said no it's 8 or 9 of us that answers the phone! The reason I needed her name was to make a complaint not to ever talk with her again! So I asked one more time and she hung up now after calling back 2x my call went right to voice-mail which it has never done that before it gives me the option to leave one or stay on hold so I'm sure it was her by seeing my number calling back! Such rude services

They said do not help people in Polk county or just about any where else. Were very rude and I asked if they get government funding. They then just hung up on me without giving me any help at all I think they are a scam taking money from the government and not helping anyone!

This is horrible dealing with tenant and landlord issues 1st attorney I received was in relations to the landlord 2nd attorney that took my case is no longer apart of the firm. 3rd attorney shows no care or doesn’t even call explain things didn’t ask to meet to show all proof of recordings and documentation barely got in contact with me. Judge denied my hearing I did everything accordingly!!! I feel as if the judge & attorneys all in relation. I swear this is like a movie.I can’t believe what happened!! Greg Hendrix and Ayesha Hendrix who are Landlords I have a recording of being threatened and them knowing people. NOW I SEE DEFINITELY WONT GET AWAY WITH THIS. This firm is the worst!!!

hi I live in 431 albatross court and the first key home took me out in 7 day do to they thing I did something to the appartment but never came to get proof just to took me out in 7 days I went to the stree with all my things Iam 64 years old what can I do so they can return my security money back she want to stay with security money and wants me to give her more money any one can tell me what to do.

if i could give 0 stars i absolutely would.
im not sure who i spoke to when i finally could reach someone when i called this firm. i was disconnected with after pointing out that the representative was rude while cutting me off repeatedly. i had one simple legal question i was told this firm could answer directly by the BARTOW COURTHOUSE. i cannot imagine myself ever needing legal consultation here ever again. this was absolute ignorance and abysmal behavior.
