Going through a divorce is never easy. It’s scary and terrible, but having Ted Finn as my attorney made all the difference. Right from the start, I found that he was honest, trustworthy and transparent, and it made me comfortable at a difficult time. He is a genuinely nice person, but also thorough and professional. He seemed to care about my well being and having the best possible outcome. He was very knowledgeable about the process, guiding me step by step through it. Even after the conclusion of the process, he continued to check in and offer advice. I highly recommend him if you find yourself in the difficult process of ending a marriage as well.

I would just like to share a quick review about Ted Finn and Flanders Law. I had a nightmare of a situation and had struggled moving through my divorce and subsequent modification attempts. It took me moving through 3 different attorneys over the years before I finally found Ted and his team. Upon hiring Ted, I immediately felt at ease and knew I had someone with the knowledge and wherewithal to get the job done. While I felt confident had we actually gone to trial, that we would have prevailed, and we were prepared either way, but rather than litigate and burn hours, Ted, truly looked at my situation, assessed the risk, calmly kept me grounded, and ultimately did what was best for me, and we ended up settling outside of court. Had I found Ted from the beginning, I would not have had the struggle I had to endure. I highly recommend, Ted Finn and Flanders law.

Most people incorrectly think that the law is justice, but it is not. It takes a creative lawyer to make justice the outcome. I worked with Ted Finn who was just this. He is an out-of-the-box thinker who guided me to the outcome that was meant to be. It is not easy to find such a lawyer. I highly recommend Ted Finn for legal resolutions.

My mother used this law firm over 40 years ago to do her will. She was diagnosed with dementia and discussed her living wishes with her POA and Beth Montague. Since then the POA has over powered my mother's decision making taking complete controll over her. She holding my mom in an assisted living facility against her will. It was recommended my mom go home but the POA refuses. I tried to explain that the POA is not truthful and has no documents supporting her claims that my mom has been incompetent and doctor ordered to live in assisted living. I've sent many emails, left messages for my mother. The assisted living facility does NOT answer the call in line to speak to residents, so her only way to contact Beth is when I'm there. All communication is ignored coming from me. The ombudsman office of Weld County suggested firing them. APS is suggesting I file for guardianship because nobody is protecting my mom from the POA refusing to do her faditary job, what's best for my mother. My mom has continued to decline mentally and physically in this facility. Often going without her oxygen and special diet and is very dehydrated. I guess clients needs are not important here.
