I’ve had the experience to see Mr Fisher working with and for his clients, and he has been a shark. He fights for his clients and fights to get them the help they need. Truly a stand up person whom I have nothing but appreciation and respect for.

I cannot say enough about the way Mr. Fisher handled my case. I started out with another attorney, Billy Palmer from Palmer litigation. After paying a large retainer fee, I had one conversation with him. That was the conversation where he came to jail and had me sign his paperwork before my bail hearing. Not another word. After several weeks of no contact from him, and not answering any of my calls I contacted his office and told them that I do not want him to represent me anymore. Later that day he called me back and spoke to me for quite some time asking me why I did not want to retain him anymore, desperately trying to plead his case for me to continue with his representation. I was charged a great amount of money for what he said was him going through discovery. When in all actuality he told me the reason he hadn't contacted me because he had not been able to go through discovery because he had just received it and had been very busy. So I was charged for him to go through my discovery which he stated himself he had not had the time to do so. So I did a little more research and came in contact with Fisher litigation. Mr Fisher spoke to my wife and I for 2 hours giving us his insight into my case and guiding us in the proper direction. He was completely open and honest, and upfront. No promises, just facts. My wife and I decided we would hire him. We contacted him several times a day day in and day out about the case. I am sure he must have gotten very annoyed at our constant calls and text messages. From day one he treated us with professionalism and kindness. He worked extremely hard on my case. My case was a first degree aggravated assault. 15 years to life in prison. ( Which l did not do). Mr. Fisher worked tirelessly on my case and was able to get it dismissed even before my trial began. He showed the prosecutor the facts he had uncovered through his hard work. I am in very poor health and would not have survived in prison due to my illness. I owe Mr. Fisher my life. I much more than highly recommend Fisher legal. I haven't the words to thank him enough. If you’re fighting a criminal case, mine was a dui case, simply put, there is no one even comparable to how good Jake is. Especially in St George! He truly cares about his clients. I called him and was in a horrible situation not only with my actual case, but was kind of in a hole due to neglect with another lawyer throwing my case and reputation down the drain to the prosecutors. Jake not only immediately started working my case, but he made sure that everyone understood exactly what happened in my case because that was truly the only way for us to land the deal we deserve and wanted because of the difficulty of the case and the hole that was dug by previous lawyer. Jake fought a whole year for me. He did everything in his power to make sure I was heard and that all of the facts and details were presented in order for us, me, to get what we deserved. In the end, Jake made it well worth it. It was long and exhausting. We had to push it out multiple times again due to a horrible hole that was dug into my case with the previous lawyer that essentially made this case impossible to fight. When I tell you, he did the impossible. There’s no better words to describe what Jake did for me. There is no question that Jake is the best!! He truly cares and the reality is that’s why he’s able to do what he does. I could honestly cry because it was such a long hard fight dealing with this case I sometimes felt like there was no hope. He always assured me to stay calm and let him do his thing. He is relentless and willing to go the extra mile or a million if that’s what it takes. Mr. Fisher has been, by far, the best legal support I've ever hired, and I've had reason to hire more than most. He was always ready to answer my ridiculous questions with alacrity that came through even via text message. He kept me abreast of everything that was happening and was always honest about my case's possible and likely outcomes, and then I still ended up way better off than I thought I was going to be. Way better. If Fisher can help me the way he did, even with my previous transgressions and stays at those federal resorts, then I have absolutely no doubt he can help pretty much anyone. If you're honest with yourself about your situation and what evidence there is against you, then there is no way you can be unhappy with Fisher's help. This doesn't mean to expect miracles, but you can definitely expect Grade A representation. It's actually difficult to state just how much help Fisher was without sounding like a sycophant or that I am over-stating the facts. The dude is just good. Give him a call and see for yourself.

Mr. Fisher was great when he was representing me. He answered all of the questions that I had thoughout the course of my case. If i couldn't reach him on the phone and had to leave him a voicemail he always got back to me in a reasonable amount of time with a quick phone call or a text message As busy as he is, as most lawyers are, I felt like i was his only client. Mr. Fisher was always up front and honest with me about where the case was and where it might be going and I never thought that he wasn't doing everything he could to secure the best possible outcome.
