I've closed on over 20 homes in my life and I've never had such incompetent service from a title company. I am closing today at 2pm and have received no communication from the title company. It's an all cash simple closing and I've seen no breakout of fees or the total cost due st closing. I'm in disbelief at the lack of professionalism....My realtor has tried to help but still here we are on the day of closing with NO docs or final details when they've had this for a month to prepare. I run a multi million dollar firm and work with vigor, integrity and red carpet client service so I know what should be the standard. I highly discourage anyone from ever using this company.

This was an amazing experience. First National Title has this name for a reason. The professional service, attention to detail, and personalization that was provided to us was extraordinary.

We were so amazed how Ms. Kim and the entire team made our home purchase one that will always be remembered. From start to finish it was great!
