What a FANTASTIC company with an INCREDIBLE team! We recently used their security services for a community event with thousands of participants. Boy did they go above and beyond in every aspect! I have worked with other security companies and was always disappointed with the lack of preparedness and communication- this was NOT the case with Fidelis. They had multiple meetings with me to discuss what we needed from them, and they shared our information with everyone working for them that day. They are so extremely kind to everyone & they are pros at de-escalating situations. You can tell how much the owners care about their team and want to provide the best service around. I hear they have grown so much in the past year and I can definitely see why – it’s because so many other businesses see their top notch customer service! I am so looking forward to working with them all again in the future!

Huge shout out to Austin and Leo for keeping me safe and up to date on the downtown happenings here in Colorado Springs. I was out with both my children attending Fan Fest which brings in some pretty overly excited car enthusiast. Without hesitation both Austin and Leo were alert, ready, and polite helping to guide me through what seemed to be a very hectic time after the festival. They were knowledgeable about the downtown scene and making sure I was safe and knew what to be aware of. They even offered a few locations they thought would be a great fit for my family to sit and eat dinner at to avoid the after party chaos. They introduced me to a few staff members from a local Piano Bar which I am excited to take some time off of work one evening and enjoy. I greatly appreciate their time and dedication to keeping our downtown area safe. Without a doubt I am looking forward to venturing out more and getting to know the area now that I know I am in safe hands, as is the same when my oldest kiddo decided to participate in downtown activities. Thank you Leo and Austin for your hard work and service. I am honored to represent this beautiful State but most importantly now enjoy downtown a little more. We had a situation at the hotels I manage where we needed security in less than 24 hours. I called 6 security companies. Fidelis was the only one that stated that they would be able to provide what we needed. Very professional, they provided exactly what we needed. All of the guards executed the service requested. I would recommend Fidelis to anyone needing service for regular purposes or if you need them short notice like I did.
