I have known Kathleen for over ten years, worked with her on many cases and sent many clients to her. She is one of the very best mediators in the business. I recently had her as the mediator on a ten hour mediation. She patiently and tirelessly kept working on difficult problems until she had fashioned a fair agreement for everyone. Kathleen is ethical and holds herself to the highest standards when she is mediating a case. I would recommend her to anyone requiring an experienced mediator.

Kathleen is one of the most unethical councilors you could deal with. My now ex wife (Lilia Eckhart) and I were seeing her for marriage counseling because my ex wife was having an affair with Geoff Eckhart and I later found out that while my wife and I were seeing Kathleen for marriage counseling an hour or 2 later my ex wife was going to Kathleen for pre-marital counseling with Geoff Eckhart. This is a conflict of interest and something she should have reported to me but instead she took my money and then took my ex wife’s money. Avoid Kathleen at all cost. I honestly don’t know how she could remain in business acting like this.
