I went to this place in 2016!!! and paid money they NEVER took care of my case,never returned my calls!But took my money tho!then yesterday 4/16/18 I went to the court house for TWO hours to find out she NEVER filed ANYTHING! then she changed her number to avoid me! I'm WARNING you Carmen Barney IS not in that office and they are USING her to get your money then not taking care of you!Carmen is on medical leave and hasn't been in the office in months! but she could have took care of my case before this she had TWO years!! SO i went there to get all my legal paperwork back and I dd NOT receive ALL original copies! Keylee and Ashley are the ladies taking every ones money and NOT doing the job! So you should go to a different place,unless you want to go through what I been through in two years! I paid 500.00 for divorce and nothing has been done!!! I recorded ALL the phone calls and things I have done! Have lots of proof of them scamming me! So please please be careful who you trust,I have to give them one star to post this or I would give them NOTHING.

Amanda Dearmin is unprofessional, lies about submitting things to the court and charges for work undone. unprofessional!!! Don’t waste your time. I’m going to report this facility to the better business bureau.

Carmen no longer works at this location and since her disappearance the place has gone to the dump. The customer service is non-existent, the "attorney" doesn't know anything and tries to distract you by talking about food. The receptionist is so rude and needs to be trained on how to provide customer service. Wow not even a hello when we walk in, wrinkled clothes and holes in her shirt. We had to go back after they fudge up our paperwork. Real piece of work! If you're really looking for help run the other way.

I would not recommend this place. I went here based on other reviews here on google. When I went to the office I knew I was at the right address but had to walk around the building twice before I found it. Then I was told by the woman behind the desk the the "expert" was not there and wouldn't be there for at least 2 weeks but for $80 I could still get my paperwork completed. I paid 1/2 and the next week went to review them. All wrong.
I ended up getting all my forms online. I filled them out. Took them to the Resource Services office and had them reviewed. Made some corrections and filed them the same day for Free. If you need help with court paperwork I would try that before wasting your time and money here.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! This is not a professional buisness. You zelle money and they do not follow through on their part. I went in for a simple divorce and a year later nothing! I have tried to call and email. No one responds. AGAIN, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

This legal aid is absolutely unbelievable they're so helpful so loving and they take care of really hard matters that deal with the court and are so loving in thorough! They give you legal advice tell you the best way to handle situations and do all the paperwork for a minimal fee I would recommend it to anybody having family legal issues
