From the beginning to the end from the testing to the results, this office was absolutely amazing! The wait to get in to be tested was not long at all compared to other offices I contacted. The testing and results appointments were scheduled and completed in a fast timely matter. All of the office staff was very professional and very nice. When I was not able to get in touch with the receptionist, I was able to leave a message or email the office and they always responded within a day or two and always answered my questions. My daughter was seen for testing, and she is very shy with new people, but they made herself and I both feel very comfortable through the whole process. Dr. Sprecher was amazing going over our testing results and explaining everything very thorough so that I understood everything that had been tested and diagnosed. I highly recommend this office for any testing our counseling needs. I finally was able to get answers and understand more about my daughter and her diagnosis. Thank you so much for everything that you all did for my daughter and myself. I could not have asked for a better outcome and office staff to work with. I will definitely be referring clients over to this office for their needs.

Went there for an adult evaluation for ADHD and the process was smooth and everyone was super kind and accommodating. I worked with Dr. Anderson and she was easy to work with and explained things very well. It was clear that their staff are used to working with a wide variety of people and tried there best to be supportive and keep the environment welcoming and stress-free.

The facilities are the newest or fanciest, but my experience was quite positive. Would recommend to anyone needing an adult eval near me.

I was first referred to Dr. Sprecher in late 2006 early 2007 for one of my sons. I have had her then evaluate my other son because over the years I have come to value the service she provides even more because she is real! I know that the diagnosis my child is given is accurate because she did not rush to make it. In fact, at one point in the testing process for my other son, she advised me that she wanted to get approval for more extensive testing because the results thus far were concerning and she wanted to be 100% certain that it was accurate so he could get proper care to help him succeed and the additional testing would either show the same or change the diagnosis. For a doctor to be that thorough in this society we live in today and not be bought by pharmaceuticals to rush a diagnosis for any type of kickback is astounding and I love it! The people in her office are amazing to deal with and I personally have never had a bad experience in her office!

Dr. Sprecher is such a great professional. I’ve read some complaints about how she’s sometime behind but I feel it is necessary because she actually takes her time with each of her patients and their individual needs. She does not rush through the session like most people. She gives each patient 100 percent. Also she is very knowledgeable of the mental health field. She has a heart of gold and provides everyone with unconditional positive regard.

I wouldn’t recommend this place if my life depended on it. I have been to many medical offices in my life, but this one is by far the most incompetent place I’ve ever experienced. We needed psychological testing for my son per his psychiatrist’s request. This office was referred to us by the psychiatrist’s office since they claimed they accepted our insurance. I called and made an appointment and completed all the required paperwork. A week later, they called and needed to reschedule the appointment to a sooner date. Sure no problem. A few days later, they called again and needed to cancel the rescheduled appointment but couldn’t get my son in until 3 WEEKS after his original appointment?! Ok, let it go. I’ll just push back his psychiatrist appointment because they need these results. Fast forward to the day of the appointment, they said they needed a payment of 1250, which I assumed meant 12.50 since we have insurance (with almost always no copays). Nope, they charged the card $1,250 and claimed I told them we have no insurance and would pay out of pocket!!! I asked them why in the world would I agree to that when I pay for insurance they claimed they accepted. I asked them to find the phone recording of our conversation, because as a doctor’s office surely they record their phone conversations. They stuck to the claim that I approved the charge but would refund the amount now that they know we have insurance. Then they came back and said our son was not listed under our insurance and they could not go through with the appointment until he was covered under the insurance. We have had the same insurance for 10 years and he has been on our insurance since he was born. Not one doctor’s office, psychiatrist office, urgent care or ER has had a problem with our insurance covering our son’s care. Suddenly this place cannot find him on our insurance? Or do they just have no idea how to correctly run insurance?! Too many mistakes for a doctor’s office. For a psychologist’s office, they are the most incompetent people I’ve ever met. Messing up the scheduling, accusing me of things when it was their mistake, and not knowing how to run insurance correctly?! Now we are back to square one after waiting 6 weeks for this testing so we can move forward for my son’s therapy and care. I’m letting his psychiatrist’s office know to never refer any more families to this place so they can avoid the headache and waste of time. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

My daughter is being treated here. Her therapist is a joy. The receptionist is a horror. So much so that we are debating finding a different facility to attend. She goes by two names. At times it's, Brittany, and others, it's Courtney. I've yet to see her have a good day, where she is nice, courteous and professional. She's rude to the parents in the office as well as over the phone. Combative is the word that comes to mind. If they find better help, I'd definitely give more stars. It's sad that one person can make or break your business.

Mrs.Holt needs to be brushed up on her knowledge of certain topics. Anyone with mental health issues should not schedule with her. Thanks for giving my husband an anxiety attack and 100% harder time. Finding a better person who understands all mental issues and not judge.
