A recent event reminded us that we needed to update our Trust. We asked around, did some searching online and were led to Faith, Ledyard & Faith nearby in Surprise. It was such a relief to find someone who understood our needs, took time to explain and showed true compassion for his clients. This was probably the most pleasant experience that I have had with an attorney in a long time. From top to bottom, all the employees were very helpful while discussing my estate planning needs. I have a difficult situation, but the attorneys presented me with logical and robust solutions to some of my more complicated estate planning issues. What I came out with was a set of legal documents that will protect my family now and in the future. I am very happy with the communication, the ease of scheduling, the troubleshooting provided, the time it took to complete, and the final cost. Mike and his whole team have been absolutely fantastic to work with. They have helped us through estate planning to establish our family trust as well as a living will.
