Worst bonding service! The African American man and white women that answers the phone are EXTREMELY rude and talks to you in condescending tones. They blocked my number after calling me private and asking me my first and lastname making sure it was the correct number to block and hung up, for asking what could I do if a person that was let out on bond under their service that’s not supposed to contact my husband. They thought the phone was disconnected when they stated that I was lying for saying that the police were no help. In addition to, when I stated my issue and gave the recipient name that is not supposed to contact us they said and I quote, “I know that name it sounds familiar.” They then proceeded to take my husband and my name and said they were keeping it for documentation. If that was the case, why couldn’t they properly help us? We are a young African American family seeking help. Even if they couldn’t help as they stated, they could have spoken to us with more respect! Without interrupting us, yelling at us literally while we discussed the matter at hand, or speaking to us like we did not matter. We are scared for our lives what may happen because of the threats and faircloth bonding made it no better.

faircloth bonding tone matters there are lot of young African American people losing their lives over domestic violence and you guys don’t take it seriously do better with your bed side manner.

That old white lady who answers the phone has been EXTREMELY disrespectful both times I have called in the past and now. She has HORRIBLE customer service and got upset yelling over the phone because SHE could not hear do you HER terrible phone service. If you don’t know how to talk to people don’t be a receptionist. This was already a horrible night and a uncommon experience for me. She did not want to repeat herself but continuously asked questions that were already answered previously. Saying “don’t call back until you have your stuff together, I’ll come to the office then”. I suggest she learn how to speak to people because not everyone is wrapped as tightly as my family & I. It’s giving REDNECK HILLBILLY TRAILER PARK ENERGY!!!

They were $40 cheaper than the first 2 places I called and I'm writing this as I'm speaking with the lady in the office at 11:02 pm and she's just as sweet as can be. A little rough around the edges at first, she was probably sleeping to be honest, but she's been very nice since arriving here at the office and I'm glad I was recommended to call this place by the owner of Lucky Break which have great wings btw

Mr. James and Marjorie were very helpful, navigated me in the right direction giving it was my first time dealing with this kind of situation.
