I am an out of state attorney who needed service in Bakersfield There was no website, but he was the first one who got back with me I paid him and sent him RUSH documents for service of process. He skipped with the money and never returned call or served the person. Do not use this service.

I should have read the reviews before hiring phil. Its true , he is very rude. I PAID for a rush service. Its been almost 3 months. I have provided 2 locations, phone numbers , what time the person would be at a certain spot. Yet he can't do his job and then talks to me like im stupid. I should have just hired a crackhead off the street for $20 , they would have at least got the job done. He is very unprofessional, he gets caught up in his own lies . I send text , and leave voice-mail asking for updates , he says he never gets the text, but they show as delivered. We have had to ask for 2 Continuance. This is a serious case and he dosnt get it , once he has your money he could care less about you as a client. I sent him the new paper work and court dates 2 weeks ago, i asked for confirmation and he said he got it , then today after we spoke which was not very nice what so ever, he asked to ve emailed again. I think he gets caught up in his own lies he cant keep track of all the people he is doing this too. DO NOT waste your money on him. 0 out of 10 don't recommend

Should had made my research before hiring Phil Walker, it was an absolute mistake. Payed him and provided him addresses, license plate, ex.. gave him 26 days before my court day. He never served the person, acted confused, was very rude. its was a BIG MISTAKE HIRING THIS MAN.

Wonderful Businessman very knowledgeable and fast acting. Most people do just a “job” but Mr Walker was diligent about his work and rendered amazing service for a very stressful situation he mediated for a horrible situation and was able to diffuse a situation we thought was going to be out of control. Mr. Walker is def the man for any job of this nature. People were treated with respect gave an awesome completed proof of service. Mr walker is an honorable member of the courts and knows his stuff he is fair and is not over charging he gets the work done. Thank you!

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with Mr. Walker's services. When needing a process server you are already dealing with a stressful situation. I called him on the last day my forms were to be served and he said he thought they were due the following day. Then said he hadn't done it because he was sick. Then, when I went to pick up my proof of service forms, he forgot to leave them with the front reception as we had discussed. He displayed poor customer service (rude) when I asked him when I could return to pick them up. He got the job done, however, his customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

As a process server myself I called for assistance needing to have a subpoena served in Bakersfield. He did the job but when given instructions on how to handle he did not follow it. Also he agreed to a 55.00 rate but when bill was presented he charged 70.00 more. I paid bill but would not do anything with this company ever again. I feel this is extremely dishonest way to do business. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

As to you follow up all your statements are false. I do not advertise nor attempt to gain business in Bakersfield. You did state 55.00 then wanted to add a charge for a proof of service that is required by law. Further there is no requirement for that to be filled in . You are a Bad vendor and give the industry a bad name.

Don't waste your time and money with this loser. He is extremely unprofessional and rude. He'll believe every lie told to him by the people trying to hide and protect the person you want served. He'll take your money and quit responding. You'd be better off paying a random bum on the street.

Hired him for legal services not knowing the address of my ex. I explained this to him and he said that they could hunt him down. Hired him for 7-10 day service. He wanted me to look my ex up and find out what I could, which I did and passed it along. I never heard from him and when I messaged weeks later to find out what was going on, I was blown off twice before I sent a third message relieving him of the job and wanting my paperwork and money back. He blamed me because I never heard from him, saying my email address was wrong, yet I received one email from him after he was relieved, so that was not true. Wouldn't refund my money and was rude and blamed me for him not doing his job. Would never recommend.
