I had an extremely disappointing experience with this law firm. I called them numerous times and was consistently told to call back between 9:30 and 10:30. I followed their instructions diligently for 2–3 weeks without anyone answering. Finally, after three weeks, someone picked up the phone. However, the conversation was highly unprofessional, and the person provided incorrect information. They claimed to have noted my details and promised to call me back to book an appointment.

I waited patiently for three more weeks, but no one contacted me. When I called again to inquire, they assured me I would be called back soon. It's now been another four weeks, and I’ve yet to hear from them. Frustrated, I decided to take my case to another firm, which handled things much more professionally.

This firm is a complete waste of time. They are unresponsive, unprofessional, and unreliable. I strongly advise others to avoid them and save themselves the frustration.

I am most disappointed and frustrated at the attitudes I have encountered with this law clinic. I am in extremely urgent need of legal representation for a tribunal hearing regarding an immigration matter. Im only entitled to charitable services and possibly legal aid. This law group was referred to me as being what I require. I have phoned 3 times and spoken to a person whom on all 3 occasions told me to phone between 9.30 am and 10.30 am weekdays. I have done so 3 times now over a 6 week period. I have had zero answer back. Im still battling to find a pro bono/ legal aid solicitor and face mostly the same issue. Being ignored. Its really not a very kind gesture by a charity.Telling me Im not the demographic they represent or whatever reason would at least make my awful experiences with immigration so far in the UK better. I came here legally on an ancestey visa and urgently require assistance...clearly its not coming from the Ethnic Minorities Law group. Im available to anyone who would like my details as this is not a smear review.

Thank you for helping me with my procedure - applying for British citizenship. I have always had Quick/Helpful contact - with my lawyer Paulo Nunes de Moura.I would like to take this opportunity to thank my lawyer and the entire organization for a great job. It is with great pleasure that I recommend this law firm to anyone who needs help. Especially a resident of Perth & Kinross.

The legal representation I received from Paulo was great, he helped me at a very difficult time, I got an appointment the next day after I called. From our first meeting, he explained everything to me in terms I could easily understand and was always very responsive when I had questions outside of our meetings. I feel Paulo would be able to help anyone needing help with any immigration issues or help with citizenship. Thank you Paulo and to the legal firm.
