Recently, I was abruptly terminated from an upper-management position by my employer. I was offered a severance package that felt more like a slap in the face after my years of diligent service. Before signing away on the severest package, I decided to sit on it for a few days and do a bit of research online.

This is when I came across Employment-Matters LLC, and their website.
I won’t go into all of the details of the website(go check it out!), but I will say this: a spark of hope begins to ignite as you peruse their information on the EM website.
I called, and consulted with Doug at Employment-Matters, and immediately knew I made the right decision.

Doug listened intently, and showed genuine concern for my situation and real desire to help gain a more desirable outcome.
I was amazed at how thorough and knowledgeable Doug was regarding my termination & severance situation(one of many areas).

What was more surprising was the excellent level of communication and updates on my case. More often than not, any ongoing questions or concerns about my case were answered before I could even ask- or were answered not only within the same day, but typically within only a few hours at most.
Any and all documentation & information bounced back and forth was always organized and concise.

Doug at Employment-Matters was tenacious and diligent in all things related to my case. He always had me at ease due to his level of experience and skill- but more so because he leveled the playing field while utilizing a professional, yet genuinely friendly demeanor.
Doug was always honest and forth-right regarding my the various options at my disposal as we navigated my case and never hesitated to recommend a course of action or a decision that that would minimize any negative impact to the end result, and would instead better enhance our chances of my desired goal.

No outcomes are ever guaranteed in the employment world, but thanks to Doug and EM- my outcome worked out so much better and faster than I hoped or anticipated…and I learned a lot along the way!
The fees for such amazing help and service were more than reasonable and worth every penny.

I cannot thank Doug at Employment-Matters enough. A bad situation was made so much better, and I truly have no doubt that Doug was as happy for me as I was when it was all said and done.
