I've used EC/MSEC for many years and always held great respect and appreciation for their services. EC was the premier provider for compensation data. I knew it was reliable accurate data, and they always provided helpful and timely service.
So it is very disappointing to say that, unfortunately, everything changed in early 2023 and as of now, Q4 2024, things are only slightly better. To be clear, I am referring only to the compensation and survey portion of their services. Hopefully, the rest of their services remain excellent.
