Their internal system keeps the closing and deadlines on track for both myself and my clients. They are extremely responsive and happy to explain things whenever I have a question. If you are far from the closing location, they can send a notary. They make everything work for everyone.

If you want a team that truly cares about your transaction from start to finish this is your company! The ladies at Elevated Title make the process of selling and/or buying your home as smooth as possible regardless of if you are a buyer or seller, agent, transaction coordinator, investor or lender.

We have been working with Diana and Misty for over three years and over 300 transactions and not once have they disappointed. Even if something goes wrong (rarely) they will also do the right thing to cover the cost. They order everything immediately and communicate with everybody on where we are in the process of the close and if there is any outstanding items needed prior to close. And ALWAYS provide settlement statements nearly a week before close. As an investor who pays cash and closes in as little as 10 days, this is so refreshing because it allows us to make calculated risk on if we can purchase more properties without waiting two days before closing to pull the trigger just to see what our cash situation is currently.

I highly recommend these ladies, they work as hard as we do and having a title company that is not only willing but always works after 5 pm is a ticket to our success. You're only as strong as those apart of your circle, can these ladies are at the core of ours.

So many missed deadlines,
details, and lots of excuses!!
They didn’t put something from the contract into closing and refuse to make it right after multiple promises to do so.
Shady clients, practices and results. Would give zero stars if possible.
Would never do business with them… only reason is because lazy, ridiculous sellers agent chose them in the first place.

Hands down the best title company I’ve worked with. The closers are some of the most professional, responsive, and knowledgeable in the business. If you’ve worked with sub-par closers you know just how valuable that is.
